i just want to clarify the dream.  It was actually the morning of the bust.  My dream started as 2 Amish men stood on my porch and yelled "we know what you're doing"  they had a giant wood santa clause with them and I woke up frightened at 9am.  The pigs kicked the door in at 1205pm.

Unbelievable as I am also an atheist.

All I remember of my dream was deputies wearing green uniforms (my county has midnite blue uniforms), they came in to my condo and said "were just going to take pictures of everything you've done"

Weird dream, but like I said a lot of people I've talked to had a premonition dream before they got cased up.

You know what you should do..

Find a couple tabs and when you're at the of tripping, wish it all away.

listen  I've been nailed three times and done some real time.  Once I ot popped with over 40lbs of weed and 9 cases of fully colonized jars it said on the lab report 38lbs of psilocin. It was NOT my first offense but I got a good lawyer, and I only did two years.  So if its your first offense your prolly not in that much trouble.  Your in trouble but you may get away probabtion or a little time followed by probation.  DO NOT PANIC.  Quit doing illegal drugs, and go to a doctor for a scrip for valium or some other benzo to calm you down since I know your freaking.  DO NOT SNITCH ON ANYONE NO MATTER WHAT, IT WILL NOT HELP YOU!  they cops will promise you anything in order to get information about other people.  You will not help yourslef by including others in your problems.

Good luck to you. As others have mentioned, keep your mouth shut, and deny the plants are yours. You'll be alright. Make sure to deny the plants being yours to your lawyer as well. A lawyer cannot knowingly ask you to lie.

Leave the country.

Thats what I would do.  No human has the right to tell you that you can't ingest a drug.  They are going to cage you for a huge portion of your life for doing nothing wrong.  Drugs have been consumed by humans and animals since the dawn of time.

Fuck the law.  Get the fuck out of that country.  Get a fake ID and invent yourself a new identity.

Its either that or goto jail for a long time.

If I were in your situation and if I had the money to do so I would def. leave the country if my sentence was 5 years or more.  Just think for a second if you were senteced that long you would have to go away to prison a far shittier place then leaving the country.  Stay away for 7 years and then you can come back a free man and the law can't say dick about it and its only 2 more years that youd have to stay away instead of 5 years in prison.

Statute of limitations only applies to an indictment.  In other words, after and only after an arainment if the prosecution fails to secure an indictment then you can't be indicted.  that is only in federal court as well.  there really is no such thing as statute of limitations anymore.  I lived with major warrents for 8 years, always running, always scared.  You can't get a job, you can't get a house, I lived in the woods in Oregon for a while.  I went to mexico but couldn't figure out how to make it and snuck back into the country after 2 months.  Its hell dude.  Do not run.  You have a lawyer, use him wisely.  Unless you have priors for nearly the same shit you'll be ok.  You will probably get something like 1 year in the county jail and probation for 5 years.  Alot of it depnds on where this occured, your record, your age, how you acted with the cops etc..

Take it from someone who has been there: just be cool and this too shall pass...

man your fine...if no priors where involved...containing everything you had ... im sure your lawyer is going to help lotsa...just stick it out....and just claim the fucking outdoor plants...lol its appreant they were yours...pigs will prove it just as easy as you don't.:whack:
