pigs kicked in my door with a search warrant

search warrant for an indoor MJ grow operation.
what they found instead was a mushroom grow op that was just disassembled the day previous.
a qp of dry fungi
10lbs of bud (including stem weight) outdoor plants
a gram of DMT
a few hits of acid

I'm out on bond and freaking out daily and having nightmares because I dont want to do time but it's looking like they are going to try to slam me.  I just hired a really kick ass lawyer and im going to fight the law.

God help me.

the warrant affidavit claimed a snitch was in my house and confirmed the indoor MJ grow op.  I never had a MJ grow op and i NEVER had anybody over.  So I dont know what tipped them off but I am in some serious fucking shit.

luckily a vivid dream the day prior coerced me to remove all grow op shit.

unless you snitch and get someone with a bunch more shit than you busted, your SOL and on your way to the DOC for 5-15 at least. i was in a similar place at one point in time. they might drop some charges. but they large ones will stick. felony possession with intent to distribute/distribution. not good. i think that, depending on where you live, is a class A felony which is 15-life. class b being 5-15, class c (being simple possession of a controlled substance) is 1-7 years.

careful homie, i hope all your associates are also being careful. when shit like that happens you have to stop what youre doing immediately. quit smoking. quit doing everything illegal and watch your cornhole. once this is over, whenever its over. youll be able to smoke all the bud you want. but something happened, and youre fucked. so now is your time to clean up your life. this is your chance.

10lbs is what they said they found.  There was NO bud in the house.  Just smoking pipes.

but apparently they said they found plants on the property growing outdoors which equated to 10 lbs.  Just enough to get mandatory minimum.

the outdoor plants may or may not have been mine.
But who is to proove that unless there are pictures of me taking care of them.

If it was that easy to get people in serious trafficking trouble, I would plant a few plants at each of my enemies houses and then call the pigs on them.

I had a bad dream involving cops the night before the cops served a warrant on me.

Don't take that the wrong way I'm not an M&P poster, I'm an atheist, but I met many people up the road that had a "premonition" dream the night before they got cased up, weird.
