Shouldn't you be asking your doc that? I don't think there's a cure, but there maybe treatments. Here in CA, medical marijuana may be prescribed.

Hopefully your male.
Get them removed and you'll be good to go. If your female, its more serious.

Yeah, they're permanent dude. Caused by HPV. Congrats, you have VD. You can get this acid shit from your doctor that eats the skin off your dick, it has an anti-viral in it. Thats all you can do. They'll probably come back though. Really sorry to hear this, HPV can suck. I know a girl who got it from her bf the first time she had sex with him... HPV can cause anything from nothing, to warts and penile or cervical cancer. Get to your doctor man. If you don't get it looked at, this is what your genitals are going to look like http://images.google.com/images?q=genital%20warts&ie=UTF-8&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&sa=N&tab=wi

Get them removed and then keep getting them removed, freezing them off is the best method, see a skin doctor.

I didn't think freezing genital warts was an option... I thought the acidic anti-viral solution was the only one.

Sometimes (~20% of the time) they go away on their own after a few months. The remainder can be treated with cryotherapy (freezing them off), electrodesiccation, laser treatment, surgery (cutting them off), various acid based creams (salicylic acid, trichloroacetic acid), non-acid based creams (podofilox, 5-fluorouracil, imiquimod), and in extreme cases interferon injections (nasty side effects).

Listen if you've ever had sex without a condom there is a 75% chance you've been eposed to HPV. Not everyone who is exposed gets it. Not everyone who caries it gets warts. The warts may not even show up on the penis itself but may come out anywhere on the body. If you have warts on your hands that is the exact same virus. Its warts dude not the end of the world. Shit peopple rarely die from AIDS these days.

Hygiene is key, also so is a strong immune system and vitamins. If you smoke cigarettes quit. They will disappear. Don't worry life isn't over, almost every guy I know has it, and its not an issue.
