I have heard that she is a dude and a guy, not sure what to believe.  More often its said she is a chick so I am going to guess that but I could easily be wrong.

Her sentence structure isn't really all that good, and sometimes she bans people for little reason, the type of thing that would just make the mods around here laugh.

Not much of a reason to hate someone though.

He does Rye different ways depending on how much time he has so it's inconsistent constantly.

I have to disagree with some of this though. There are some truly great members on the site, many of them mods. Many of them are very generous and very nice. None of that applies to Hippie3 though - he's just a full-on dickhead.

Hippie3 started out on the Shroomery, many years ago.
He outcast himself for being an asshole.
So he started his own mushroom growing site.
Where he talks like this
And bans people for trivial bullshit
and anyone that doesn't agree with him

In fact that's how a lot of mushroom growing sites got started. wannabee clones of the shroomery.
some of them are pretty cool
but one thing is for sure
