Nuit wearing perfume

Some days ago i stuck my head out of the door
to smell the odor of the summernight.
And how could i not start to cry.
No human being could create such a perfume.
So tender, meaningful.

Yet it's secret is so elusive, the reason why it touches
me i can't put my finger on. And so i get this longing.
Very strong, almost like withdrawal.
What am i longing for? Can't put my finger on it.

One night i will be embraced, not just teased and mocked
via my nostrils.

Autumn has that dead leaf and burning leaves smell with the crackling sharp smell of almost a winter smell in the air....
There is something appealing about it....  :smile:
