And what the fuck at the comment about most women preferring circumcised penises? First of all, have you actually asked all 3+ billion women on the planet what they prefer? Or are you talking about an informal attitude that you're aware of, reflected in your own social group, where circumcision may be the norm?

I personally think that men should be left the choice - that is, that circumcision should not be carried out at birth - if you want to have cosmetic surgery then go for it, when you can decide to do so as an adult.
Basically, there's not any good evidence that circumcision is more healthy than not being circumcised. My understanding is that the rate of complications due to circumcision is around the same lifetime chance of having a problem due to still having foreskin. That being said, if you don't know how to clean your penis, then you're a fucking idiot. If you can't clean your penis, then you probably also don't know how to clean your ass after taking a shit and probably also don't know how to keep your mouth clean by brushing your teeth.
If you also need to rely on circumcision to make your penis look bigger, then I feel fucking sorry for you. Holy shit, you need an optical illusion so that your penis looks bigger? You're that worried about how small your penis might look?
All in all, I don't think it matters much. Just like penis size doesn't matter to all women (within limits, obviously), foreskin or not won't matter to all women (especially given that most men in the world are not circumcised, sorry but the US is behind on this). Penises are not the nicest looking things in the first place. Plus, many women simply don't like sucking cocks.
You people who've had part of your dick chopped off and are telling the uncircumcised ones how great it is are just insecure. Every uncircumcised man can always decide, any time they chose, to have their foreskin removed. Once it's been chopped off, however, you're not getting it back.

Even if you're uncircumcised and not homosexual, would being circumcised then be protection against turning into a homosexual?
