The Rest of Terrapin Station?

I'm reading "A Long Strange Trip," and I just got to the part about the writing of Terrapin Station.  According to the book, Hunter "wrote for three days, producing one thousand words on eight pages." Now Jerry only applied music to the first two pages and the last one. Does anyone know if the missing pages are available somewhere? I'd like to see how hunter envisioned the middle of the story!

I think Griffin is referring to lyrics that were never made into a song.

Freaking best book I've read, and hearing Phil Lesh describe playing a show on approximately 1000 hits of LSD is just amazing.
