What I've found out since I starting working out on a regular basis is that the more you do it the more you feel like you're not doing quite enough.

pretty much.  even when i was in wrestling, track and swimming in hs i still felt like i should have been doing more. and i probably did about 3-4 times the stuff im doing now per day.  :shrug:

Exercise and wanking. Doesn't anyone else consider wanking an addiction? Maybe its wrong to do so but still its the most closest thing I have to an addiction.

Ah, that's true. I think I probably wank every day. Not as often as I drink a Cola or smoke weed, but yeah, whatever. You're in the shower half awake, before ya know it, bam.

Although I gotta say, when you've got a girlfriend wanking wasn't nearly as much fun lol.

Biting my fingernails is the single addiction I've never been able to break.

I smoked cigarettes for a while, then stopped. I started to think I was becoming an alcoholic, but summer came around and I've had no problems not drinking.
I drink coffee (sometimes more frequently than others) but I've never felt a need for it.

One day my freshman year I decided it was time to stop biting my fingernails. It lasted a week. I've tried a few times since then, I just can't stop myself.

Alcohol. Im trying to kick it though. I often end up "going out for errands" or "going for a walk" and I wake up drunk somewhere I had never planned to be.

Im also minorly addicted to: ginseng, cannabis, caffeine and nicotine.

You're not alone, man.  I remember I stopped biting my fingernails for a month or so when I was 6 years old.  That's the only time I've managed to stop for more than a couple days.

my morning wakeup routine is a good 10 min stretch session followed by a mild bodyweight workout and then some yoga to cool down. sometimes i run in the mornings too.  nothing to get your blood flowing and brain alert like a good workout.    that and a good nutritious breakfast keeps me burning hard all day.


im addicted to endurance running
i love the head rush i get.
And it defenately helps me through my day if i run a few miles in the morning, i have more energy and stamina throughout the day.
