Actually the answer is yes.  All the Canadian spore vendors have no problem shipping to california.

In CA spores are legal for microscopy and illegal if you intend to produce psilocybin.  Exactly the same as any other state, actually.  Its just that CA laws specifically mention spores.

if this is truelly the case why the fuck doesnt a vendor sell them for microscopic reaserch only just like they do in every other state
they wouldnt be breaking any laws

Because they're either ignorant of the law or afraid to test it.  They probably think that the fact that the law exists implies greater enforcement zeal.

Kudos for the guy above stating the correct situation, rather than parroting, nu-uh, its illegal, like everyone else here seems to do.

if you want to get spores shipped to california then get a change of address at the post office for a different state and use that address.

if you obtained the spores from california then you are ok.  they cannot be imported in from outside the state.

why is that ridiculous?  you're not having a vendor ship to california and you're getting spores into california.  it's a free service provided by the usps.  you just have to make sure that the vendor sends through the usps and not fedex or ups.

No, the legality is the same no matter where they came from.  The statute and penalty is different, but that's it.

yeah that's why the post office forwarding is so awesome.  you think you are legitimatly sending them to a person in texas.  then the post office forwards them to california.  you don't know any different and are not legaly liable for anything.
