Tough situation

Sooo my neighbour whom is incredibly hot IMO who I had only spoken to once before came over asking if I have heard her dog barking last weekend, I said no I never hear it (truth) and she says "can I give you my number incase she starts barking?".

So now I have her number...only problems are:1: I still live with my cheating ex gf whom doesnt move the fuck out for 2 more weeks, and 2: theres a pretty good chance (90%) shes not interested and literally just gave me the number for the damn dog:(

I guess I do need to grow some balls...almost called her last night because her neighbours were throwing another Midnight Sunday party and she bitched about them being loud before so I had SOME Material...but pysched myself out...the more I think about it the more Im convinced she was legit about the dog and Im just a noob...uhhh...fuck it all
