Identification and harvest help

Alright everyone? First time postin here so ill make it brief. Firstly i was wandering if anyone could attempt to identify the type of mushroom i have growing. Bought from a headshop, but i am unsure of exact type. Here is a pic...

Secondly, im a little confused about harvesting the little butes. Heres a quote from the included instructions, ??After a further two-four days they should be fully grown. Try to harvest before cap fully opens and veil under cap is still intact.??
Here is a (poor) picture of my most developed shroom, what does everyone think? Is it time to harvest or not?

Thanks in advance for any help. By the by here is a pic of my setup.
Its a heated propogator, converted temporarily for the growth of mushrooms.

Time to harvest when the shrooms look like the one, yes.
