Pretty sure isn't good enough.  Be more careful next time.  If you are 100% sure you should tell him you haven't been paid fully.  Don't be confrontational, just tell him you need to clear this up.

one day in normal conversation (or as close as you can get with your boss) tell him that you'll blast a nigga who tries to fuck wit yo bread. then quickly reach behind your shirt and act like you're pulling out the Fo pound. make a fast movement towards him, and when he gets scared, call him a bitch ass nigga and slap him in the face.

In a construction site there must be something he's liable for. I would make sure he loses much more money in the long run when something expensive breaks, as a dishonesty charge.
