Carlos Mencia is the worst comedian i've ever seen. I dont understand how his show is continually brought back. I always immediately change the channel when i see him on anything.

The only person I know of that likes Carlos Mencia is some half retarded guy. I'm not really joking either...he is really half retarded. Only person I know who is entertained by that show.

My only hope is that Comedy Central is ruining his life as much as they were ruining Dave Chappelle's life when they were trying to make him sell his soul for money.

Joe Rogan's material may be original, but he has never been funny. Neither has Ari Schaeffer. Ironic that they ARE such little bitches that they have to go after Carlos Mencia for a "stolen joke."

My dad told this joke in 1996. Building a fence at the border is not in the news, the thought has been around for decades! If 2 percent of his jokes are "stolen", and its 98% "original" it kind of does not matter.

It is just a classic "beaner" joke retold by a "beaner" comedian.

Ned Arnel Mencía was born the seventeenth of eighteen children in San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
