Well there's different inserts but the one I has little bumps on the inside. I don't even bother warming the insert, I just warm the lube and go to town.

I got a pretty good sized dick so it's nice and tight. Sometimes it gets too tight, but its got a little cap on the end that you can unscrew to make it more loose. Usually by the end I take the cap off since my dick is so engorged.

I bought the STU which is supposed to be the closest to an actual pussy. It's damn close. Mine was like $70 including priority shipping. Buy online @ fleshlight.com - i'm not sure if you can buy them in stores or not. I wouldn't buy one in person either.
