Yeah, A cough drop with menthol in it would be great.
I don't know any american brands but strepsils have great lozenges.

Where did this molten cheese of death and destruction carry it self on, btw?

I say Totinos Pizza Roll.

I burn my mouth on those fuckers every time. One time I had this nasty blister on my lip for a week from one.
