This is awkward but i'm really stuck and don't know what to do:

I don't know if this is a disease or what but i have these tiny white bumps on my dick and its annoying. They don't hurt or do anything and they never disappear. I've had them for ages and I'm too fucking embarrassed to go to a doctor. The main reason is that these bumps never go away but aren't sores or something disgusting either. But I don't think they should be there and I'm wondering if anyone can give me any advice. And no, it's not AIDS.

They were there before I had sex for the first time and no, I haven't used syringes for injections, I live a relatively healthy lifestyle and I'm just worried the longer they are there.

Don't be embarrassed and just go see a doc! They are trained to deal with these types of situations, will understand the humiliating nature of it, and could possibly help your bump situation.
