can glass blowers fix this broken bong

say my friend has a dzl bong, with 2 percs and ice notches. the top perc is broken and the stem for the downpipe is broken. would a glass blower be able to fix this? and how much do you think it'd cost?

some of the glass is frosted and the percs are a different color glass.

if its big enough to fit in the kiln to warm up then its possible. but its not going to look the same as it once did.

i don't have pics, it's really my friends haha.

if it was mine, i would have never broken it. he's broken a roor, a tommy chong bong, a dzl, and many other bongs, he's so careless.
