Well, what exactly is the condition?
I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia, so I know what you mean about chronic pain taking its toll on you both mentally and physically. Some days I'm in so much pain that I can barely get out of bed, much less wake up early and go to class or work.
I've experimented with a lot of pain treatment options. Of course, opiates work best, hands down. But I can't really function on opiates and I fear addiction. Marijuana helps a lot on the really bad days, but I definitely can't be a functional person when stoned.
Tramadol has been the best option for treating my pain. It's not a true opiate, but it acts on similar pathways (thus it is called an opioid). One major benefit of tramadol is that it is not techincally an opiate so it won't show up on drug tests and doesn't have the same control status that true opiates do... which means it should be easier to get from online vendors. I've tested the waters and the potential for addiction seems very low. I can also function like a regular human being as long as I don't over do the dosage. The two problems with tramadol are: 1. you build up a tolerance pretty quickly 2. it makes you constipated
If you're looking for it online, the brand name is Ultram, generic name tramadol. Some pills are coupled with acetaminophen-- avoid that, your liver can be damaged by it.
Another thing that I'm starting to experiment with is Kratom. I consumed 3 grams of it in tea the other night. It seemed to dull/kill the pain and also made me very alert and very itchy (typical when I take opiates). The constipation isn't really a big issue with kratom either. It's worth looking into. You can find it at almost any online enthogen vendor. Just make sure you go to a reputable one.
