ebooks/PDF's on learning how to draw?

i wanna learn to draw, i can think of cool images in my head but I've got no technique to actually make them come to life.

if youre serious about it
then i suggest getting a hold of "drawing on the right side of the brain" and going through it methodically doing all the exercises
