My breakfast plan

Half a bagel for breakfast and an apple, then use other half for after running

Having only 12 meals a weeks sucks

Swap the bagel for whole grain oats.  I eat them every day for breakfast and they make me feel like :rainbowcloud:

just get a little protein in there you will have a balanced meal.

dont get it they way SS suggests...unless you like that sort of thing.
you could buy a dozen eggs, and have 1 a day, might want to not eat the entire yellow part - you'd be fine, prolly lose weight too.

Aren't you a freshman? Don't they have ridiculously overpriced meal plans that all freshman get which result in millions of unused meals but extremely full students at the end of the semester?

The meals are admtitedly filling but not particularly healthy

I guess I'll just stay physically active and not eat bad stuff whenever I can and see what happens

I got so fat when I had my school meal card my first year...

Every fucking morning I would throw bacon and hash browns in a bowl and cover it with hot syrup.

I probably put on 25 lbs in a few months...

Holy crap I just rainsin bran, some fruit and oj

Oddly enough, my diet has probably improved

Somehow, now that soda/dessert is there and I no longer have to go out of my way to buy healthy food, bad stuff is easier to ignore while it's simple to eat healthy food

Still, my school makes some fucking awesome brownies that are simply sinful to pass up
