Why not ban swimsuits then? Boxers go right over your body, swimsuits can as well. The point is that just because YOU don't like something isn't reason enough for people to be illegal. YOU may not like it but someone ELSE might like it. If people sagging their pants honestly bothers you then shut the fuck up and take a look around (there are much bigger things to worry about)If you don't like it don't look at it, it isn't hurting anyone.

Honestly though like some people don't sag their pants off their ass completely, they just let them hang out at a comfortable level.

Shit, I don't tie a belt around my pants to keep them at a level below my ass, but I don't pull them up to my belly button either..

I am a happy medium, letting maybe the upper part of my cheek chill a bit above the pants as well as my boxers..No one sees it because I cover it with a shirt/sweatshirt but it is visible if I bend over.

Point is, us happy middle saggers get prosecuted for extremist saggers taking it to far..

No but really the federal government as well as the state should have no right to tell me how I can dress as long as I'm not exposing my nude self. It was founded as a free country, let's help to make it one again by not FUCKING with people's rights.
