I ordered some modded ps2 awhile back and the guy fucked off, but I used paypal so I opened up a claim and asked for my money back, I didnt think paypal would actually do shit, but just just today I got an e-mail saying I have an extra 150$ in my account now as a refund, Thanks paypal!

not really a secret, its more luck then anything, paypal told me that theres a chance that they wont be able to get your money back, but they pull some legal action shit out of their asses and scare those who try to scam.
