You don't understand, I have nothing going for me. I'm majoring in philosophy and english and i still have serious emotional problems and problems with communication. I'm 5 foot 8 but i weigh 105 pounds

I hope you're not eating 4000 calories worth of thrash food.
Especially when you're loading up on calories you need healthy food and a lot of veggies with it.
If you eat 4Mcal worth of junkfood each day you can do a decade's worth of damage to your arteries in a year.

Work yourself up slowly, just eat until your packed and don't fill up on fruit and vegetables.
Eat that stuff when you're packed.
Also, exercise. Otherwise all that is going to fat.
