That means I'm got oral herpes, correct?

That means pretty much everyone has oral herpes.

Does that mean that I can give herpes to my girlfriend during oral sex? Even though I haven't had cold sores for years, and even then, it was just a sore on the corner of my mouth (where the lips meet).

Was that even a herpes cold sore? They would only show up when I wiped the spit off the corners of my mouth too often, then they'd go away.

There are two types of Herpes. Herpes Simplex 1 and Herpes Simplex 2. Herpes Simplex 1 gives you normal mouth cold sores. Herpes Simplex 2 gives you freaky ass shit on your genitals and horrible looking stuff occassionally on other parts of your body.

Yes, but can't you give someone genital herpies (Herpes Simplex 2) if you have Herpes Simplex 1 (basic cold sores)?

That's what I got from reading, and it's really got me paranoid. I'm in a longterm relationship with my girlfriend and well... Her favorite part is the oral.

Biased meaning they said yes, it was possible, but they didn't say exactly how possible.

Right now, I'm assuming it isn't very possible, because they put very little stress on the fact that it was possible. They said 6% of genital herpes is caused by oral herpes. Being that they said 80% of Americans have oral herpes, that probably means the transmission rate is pretty small. Or it means that it usually only happens with people that have the visible sores all over their face that you sometimes see digging through your trash to find something worth money to buy meth with... etc.

And they put a huge stress on the fact that HIV can be spread by intercourse, yet the likelihood of a man getting HIV from an infected partner is around 1 in 1000.

So I'm guessing the likelihood is small... and I was wondering if someone would tell me I'm wrong.

She actually makes about $800 a month, with a college education.

I'm mooching off my family right now, but I will start working in a couple years.

No toy factories that I know of in Shanghai.

they make all kinds of stupid toys and shit in shanghi, its the most populated city in all of china for christs sake. industrial sections of the city plinker out billions of worthless pieces of toys and worthless cheap items sold all over the world.

i lived in china for a while and never had any internet issues in any of the major cities i visited. could be different now. i used to access the shroomery from little online booths in the subways of hongkong. stupid fucking chinese people taking over the world.

I would never want to live in Hong Kong. Too expensive, too dangerous, too strict, too... it's just terrible.

If you haven't been to Shanghai, you have no idea what it's like. It is not comparable to Hong Kong in any way.

Internet access in Hong Kong is not limited, to my knowledge. Hong Kong is under a different governing system and has not been under the Chinese governing system for over a hundred years. After the British gave it up in '99, the Chinese government allowed Hong Kong to keep its system.

Hong Kong is no more part of China than Taiwan is.

you can get work in any major city in china in a snap by teaching english lessons to all the chinese. i did it myself with no degree or schooling, heck they didnt even interview me i just had to say a few sentences in english to them and they gave me a job instantly and started working without even filling out any paper work first

No one looks the same. Except white people. They're all fat and have a few chins. It's who you're around most that look like they are different.

Anyway, I've lived here for about six months and I couldn't be happier.

I am finishing my school, then I'll do some English teaching.

Cash flow wise, I'm doing fine mooching and I have enough to satisfy her economical needs, which are rather small.

ive been to shanghai in my travels. its a fucking huge ass city with too many chinese people. even traveling the countryside and in small villages, id be walking in the woods looking for mushrooms and seclusion and thered be hundreds of little chinese bastards crawling all over the place. dont you ever get sick of all those chinese people? theyre just fucking everywhere. and i had no internet issues in shanghai, id go into these fucking internet cafes with like 500 computer stations and every single one of the computers had some chinese person on it playing video games shooting people and blowing shit up with grenades, like theyre training these kids for war preparing to take over the whole planet. id just be some white hippie in there checking my email and looking at the shroomery. never had any issues blocking me from any sites.

beijing or however you spell it was a decent city compared to all the other crappyness of china. rats all over the place, cockroaches, discusting chinese people habits that arent acceptable in north america, everywhere you go is just wall to wall chinese people being all chinese and shit. fuck that place. polluting the world with their bullshit, preparing to take over the world, building shit that is bigger and better than ours. communists.

And training the kids to go to war? WTF?

Internet cafes are like that everywhere. Kids go to play games.

The government actually sensors some games and makes them put gravestones instead of dead bodies.

And, on top of that, China isn't the country that produces its own war video game. That's America.

Ever heard of America's Army? They call it a recruiting tool. Damn good game, if I may say so myself, but it's no less than exactly what you said China was doing.
