Media Player Classic.

But I think VLC is an upgraded Media Player Classic, so get that.

Also, you don't need to say other than WMP and Winamp. Both suck balls. And WMP... don't get me started.

Media Player Classic.

i like VLC, it's good, but i like MPC a lot better.

i'm gonna have to disagree with sloth on this one. VLC over MPC any day. MPC is great, i used it for quite a while. But then i found vlc. the problem with mpc is that you've got to dload video and audio codecs, and subtitle support and all kinds of shit like that.

vlc is small, light, free, and plays EVERYTHING. avi, mpeg, dvds, iso, bin. i've never had a video vlc didn't play first try, and i dload quite a bit.

so far as music player.. eh i'm not sure. i'd say winamp, simply because i love the features of it, but i had serious issues with it locking up. i use foobar2000 now, but it's a pretty big pain in the ass to set up... there's still stuff i haven't really figured out. i have to admit, i don't like it as much as winamp if it weren't for the whole locking up all the fucking time thing

i wish they had something along the lines of a Winamp Lite.

i love the way the player itself looks and feels, but i can't stand its media library.

player and the playlist only for me.

if you're competant with computers, you'd like foobar2000. it's as light as you want it to be. you add whatever functions you want it to have by dloading small packages from various websites, and then putting certain files into certain folders. i'm not exactly sure how it works... i just followed directions. it's not bad at all, pretty light, and sexy.

I used to use Winamp for music but my mate suggested foobar, its brilliant!
