How the fuck do you make any kind of profit growing dope?

IMO, a four plant set up is probably as big as you want to get in order to keep things covert.

That would yield a QP of krip every two months. That’s barley enough for me and friends.

And even if I sold all of it, that’s 600/month @ 300/oz

That’s a fuckin minimum wage job pay yo,

Am I missing something?

what the hell makes you think that commercial growers are growing a qp every harvest? you would yield 6 times that every 2 months with ONE thousand watt light, let alone a warehouse full of them.

Your set up isnt designed to make a profit, its made so you don't spend 100 a week on bud, and so you don't have to mess with dealers.

what all these guys said. actual commercial growers have huge ops on private land. even urban growers have much bigger basement operations with high powered lights.. not just a couple 150 HPS. i'm not sure where you're getting your number of 4oz per harvest. MAYBE if you're just growing with a single 150 HPS, but even a moderate sized 400 or 600 HPS would yeild like 2 or 3 times that amount.

plus, who says you can't have a regular job while you've got those 4 plants growing in your closet? tending 4 plants isn't so much of a time commitment that you can't have a normal life. in fact, it's a hobby at most. so that's like 600 extra per month. rent paid, ftw!

How im fucked up, i'll bet no one understood that.

My question is, on these huge grows that deal with multipal 1000W HPS lights, how do you keep the electric company from notecing all the juece your useing up.

Thats why i said 400W in my original post becouse that and four plants is the only way i can see this staying covert in the city.

Jus doesent see, worth it. And 600/mo wont even pay rent where i am.

Whats the diff in your electric bills?

varies from case to case. a 1000 watter running 18/6 for a full month with an average cost of $0.10/kwh would increase an electricity bill by $56/m. 12/12 would increase the bill by $36/m. a 600 watter would increase bills by $21-32/m. a 400 watter $15-20/m

These are actually rather nominal increases, especially if you take precautions around the house to reduce electricity consumption. new/better insulation for walls, window and attic, gas water heater/stove, and general conscientious conservationism will make it so that your bill just looks like that of a family with kids that leave the lights on all the time.

for the big commercial ops, i'm sure they work under the guise of businesses (which often consume massive amounts of electricity), or have their own generators, or utilize solar panels or something. i'm sure there are a lot more tricks i'm completely unaware of, but that gives you an idea.

if you are using some sort of residential location...there are tricks to bypass the electric meter, or you can pay off your meter reader with some cash :wink:

all right YO...:rolleyes: first of all. its meant to SUPPLEMENT your income. not be the only source of.... secondly, if youre smoking half of an ounce every week, you need to slow the fuck down. youre too high to function just about every day. and lastly, you sound like a fucking retard. :igor:

well of course commercial growing is risky as fuck. i'm pretty sure most people take that into consideration when they start though.

honestly though, having your own little personal stash grow very well could be safer than having to find dealers and that nonsense. like if you've got a small stealth cab that you've really got dialed in, with no light leaks, no odor leaks, etc., then you're completely self-sufficient and won't need to participate in any interactions that could raise suspicion.
