its storming

pretty hard here.  Its kinda funny how a storm will make my german shepard come jumping up on my bed with me, wimpering and crying like the devil is after him, while the shih-tzu marches around like the world is his own.

Yeah, I have two cats and one will sleep through a thunderstorm, while even the doorbell ringing sends the other fleeing in fear to the basement.

I heard the GA governor had a "Pray For Rain" meeting today.

No need for conservation, just pray.

I read in New Scientist that dogs identify each other's dominance by smell and have literally no regard for the size of other dogs in determining if they could lay the smack down, which is why tiny dogs will try to dominate Great Danes and such.

Pretty funny

Yeah the shih-tzu is dominant over the german shepard.  Sure the german shepards only around 10 months old, but he's 3 times the size of the shih-tzu.

But, I was watching the german shepard walk over and pick up the shih-tzu's toy, and the shih-tzu fuckin tackled that big motherfucker to the ground snarling and shit.  The g. shep. just fell down and stuck his legs in the air crying, I had to yell at the shih-tzu to make him quit.  It was pretty funny though

They usually get along really well, but that little sis dog sure can woop that mean german killing machine's ass when he wants to.
