older mushrooms, chocolate, lemon juice?

I have some old cyans that I picked almost 2 years ago. They were properly dried and have been stored in a glass jar without interruption. These guys are quite small and thin, but all together weigh 6.2g I haven't tripped in quite a while nor have I been on this site much but my plan is to make a small batch of chocolates. Just grind em up using the magic bullet then add to my melted chocolate and dry in ice cube trays. Nothing fancy. My questions are: what kind of potency loss am I dealing with and can I combat that with the lemon juice technique that was so revolutionary a year or two ago?

The mushrooms look exactly like they did 2 years ago when I dried them. Thanks for the feedback.

if dried properly, stored in a sterile environment, and do not get exposed to excessive heat when mixing with your chocolate, the potency loss should be negligable.
Not sure if ur aiming to freeze the stuff or just refridgerate it, and how that would affect the piscolin (bahspelling).

i would just refrigerate them once they are done. consume within a week
