I feel the admins should use an encryption system to lock themselves out of knowing the identities of who posts here, so that the anonymity is absolute.

It takes some coding but it can be done, and it ought to be possible to sanction a user for inappropriate content without knowing his username.

like the ban lottery, the winner (loser) has all their "anonymous" posts revealed
