The Spore Haven (Bagman) is an AWESOME vendor!!

I ordered 12 pint jars of pre-sterilized BRF/V. They arrived in VERY short order (5 days). I innoculated them with 3 strains from 2 other vendors and after 16 days had no growth in any of the jars... (no contam's either)

I sent him a quick e-mail explaining the problem and he apologized explaining that he had never before had a problem with his his substrate jars and was sorry that I was the first to have one.

He asked what I'd suggest to remedy the situation and before I could even answer, I got a notice from PayPal that he had refunded my money!! (minus the $5 shipping charge)

i was thinking about ordering from the spore haven... it seems like a really cool vendor....i was just wondering if he sends his packages discreetly....you can never be too safe.
