I had this seafood pad thai for dinner and it was great.

Mongolian Beef is a great dish too. I think I remember reading that it was invented in San Francisco and not Mongolia and has nothing to do with Mongolian cuisine. Kinds misleading.

The Mongolian beef at the Chinese restaurants I go to do not look much like that pic its normally very dark and delicious and not assorted veggies just onions.
