Free Ozzfest Tix
    #6814435 -

Has anyone been following the free Ozzfest tickets fiasco? There's a chance coming up to get some, you have to buy merchandise first. The following is from an email I got:

a limited number of specially marked copies of BLACK RAIN (Epic Records), OSBOURNE's first studio album of all new material in six years, will contain a code for a first chance at seats for the summer's premiere touring concert festival.

Specially marked copies of BLACK RAIN will be available at participating retailers on May 22. Fans will use the code found in the CD's packaging when they log onto www.ozzfest.com to redeem two tickets. This code will enable OZZY fans to go to www.livenation.com/ozzfest and have the first chance at OZZFEST tickets beginning Friday, June 8, at 9:00 PM (ET) and prior to June 12 when tickets will be available to the general public--exactly one month before the first OZZFEST 2007 show in Seattle at the White River Amphitheatre.

thats just ensured tickets for free with the CD.

theres still going to be free tickets for other people... theyre just a chance you wont get tickets or will get them in a bad section or something.

i think its still cool of him. free tickets are free tickets.

id hardly call that a fiasco.
