I wish my fiance liked baseball - or sports in general :frown:

I'm starting to get him into football a bit, and the Red Sox a bit, but it really comes down to the fact that he has no choice.  If there is a game on, and I'm home, it's going on the TV.  It would make it more fun if he was more into it though.

My girlfriend digs watching UFC with me :grin:

When she kicked some drunk girls ass out of her friends out a few weeks ago she told me she was remembering the moves and shit I showed her during the fights.  Apparently she kicked the bitches ass, which is hilarious to me.

But oh yeah, have fun watching the grass grow with your girlfreind for 4 hours, when baseball gets interesting let me know :tongue:

Not for nothing but you aint forcing this kid to do anything.  No, she just saw how much I liked it and thought well, there must be something there.  That and the whole NY thing for her.  You know, NY is the greatest at everything and there's almost nothing like the incredible historic dominance the Yankees have had in baseball.  A quantifiable example and evidence of excellence.  That's right Liz.  The Yankees are synonymous with excellence.  Now go tickle a 2X4.

If my memory serves me correctly, you haven't won the World Series since 2000.  You can start talking shit again when you've won the world series more recently that the Sox have.
