Hangover remedies

Gonna have a killer hangover tomorrow...one of the worst Iv'e probably ever had...whaat are some hangover remedies that actually work?

The best one is not to drink. Other than that hydrate yourself really well with water(sports drinks also work wonders). I find tomato juice helps a lil too.

do the water drink thing and drink less alcohol if you can stop yourself.

Also when you wake up get out of bed and go outside for some fresh air, walk around or ride your bike for example. you might not feel like it at first but you should do it anyway:thumbup:

A couple glasses of water and a multi-vitamin before bed usually helps.

you lamos...

dose your self up with B vitamins (for hydration) so.. drink powereade or gatorade or that shit... take multi vitamins... and most importantly get yourself some milk thistle... (liver anti oxidant)

theres some other shit out there recently released thats suppose to be fucking awesome for defeating the hang over... forgot what theyere called.

best remedy i have found is BEFORE going to bed do the following:

have some food, preferrably meat or something alike
have a multivitamine pill
have a magnesium pill
drink ATLEAST 1 liter of water, prefarrably 1.5

if you wake up during the night to piss out the water, check the clock.
if you already slept around 5 hours or so, have a aspro then go back to sleep,
again drink one or two glasses of water.

as soon as woken up, have food again, drink and go out.

good suff.

Hangovers are caused by dehydration.. (alcohol is a diuretic).. so I would say the most important thing.. is to not get dehydrated (drink water)

Ideally you should be drinking water during your drinking session, or drinking a moderate amount before you 'crash out'. But if you wake up with a nasty hangover your body needs water, fast. I've found the quicket way to rehydrate is by drinking Pedialyte.. not gatorade or powerade or any of that.. Pedialyte. Also recommended by the late great Dimebag.

aside from drinking plenty of water before you go to sleep, get up the next day and smoke generous amounts of marijuana - it's perfect for settling an upset stomach enough to hold down food

if your stomach is full of alcohol in the morning and you can't seem to shake the nausea then just go ahead and vomit- you'll feel better in the end.

also, after you smoke lots of pot try a cup of coffee if your stomach is settled enough. it'll wake you up, help you shake off the fatigue.

i've always found that getting up and being active when you're hungover actually helps it subside.

and bread, it'll soak up a lot of sulfites and impurities that cause so much of the stomach discomfort, as i understand it..

probably helps ease the headache too by adding nutrients to your blood?

Best hang over remedy in existence:

10mg of Percocet in the morning with a big ass thing of water.

You'll feel like a hundred bucks in 20 minutes, guaranteed!

This has NEVER failed me:

Before going to bed take 2 multi-vitamins, a Tylenol PM and wash it all down with a glass of Milk (I prefer chocolate milk).

After dozens of times this has always done the trick.

I wake up feeling like I never drank at all.

(Do this sparingly, though. Ibuprofen and alcohol ain't exactly kind to your liver).
