I don't know about the stuff inside but liners and pumps aren't too expensive.

After a quick look on eBay
"pond liners" were as low as $30
"simple set pools" (inflatable above ground pools) @ $75 + $60 s/h

im sure the inhabitants would be the bulk of the cost in setting this up....

that particular setup used some 300LBs of live rock and a bunch of semi-pricey fish.  at $7 to $15 a pound for live rock and I'm sure at least a few hundred for just a handful of fish thats quite the investment :laugh:
