Is my dad spying on my internet use?

I just noticed a thing on my computer that looked like charts that you'd put figures in, and it had things that I had just posted in the shroomery in it!
Do you think this is some way my dad is spying on my posts?
I mean it is his computer..

gutted.

ctrl-alt-delete and look for some suspicious processes that don't belong there.

Then .. search for the program name in the search thing.

Then find out what it is and the google on how to stop it.

if you like - press ctrl alt delete, click on the processes tab, maxamize it, then press 'print screen' then open paint and paste.

Then save and upload that image to imageshack.us or something and I'll tell you whats going on homegrow.

print screen is a small little button above "insert" ... it makes an image of your screen and puts it in your clipboard...
