Her family does like a family-only X-mas thing every year, which was fine by me cause my roommate was doing family shit so for one whole weekend the apt was alllll mine.

I dunno I guess...but girl- and boyfriends never really join in on the big family X-mas, it's weird.

I'm really good friends with her brother's girlfriend and last night at work we realized we were practically brother and sister in law and I was like, "Aw, that'd be swell."

Merry belated Christmas! Overall I had a great holiday. Took my daughter up to my grandmothers for Christmas eve dinner with the family. Then had her for a few hours Christmas morning to unwrap her gifts. Since then I've indulging in lots of alcohol and enjoying the week.

I got her a nice doll house w/ a bunch of accessories, a little spinner to sit on the floor and spin yourself around on, a little bus to ride around on inside, big wheel for the summer, a bouncy ball (the only thing she actually asked for. haha), and clothes. Then she got presents from her grandmother & grandfather (my mom and dad), her great grandmother & grandfather, great aunts & uncles, aunt & uncles, and then her mom + moms fiance's families. So she has a pretty kick ass Christmas with such a big family. :lol:


She likes my new laptop better than any of her presents though, it'll basically be hers whenever she's here. She likes to get on the sesame street website. :smile:

Lots of friends came into town, so I've been drinking pretty large amounts of alcohol everyday.  Went to a big dinner on xmas night at my aunties...there was a fair amount of people there.

We cooked a 32 lbs turkey!  :shocked:(which isn't the biggest we've cooked, but man...that's a huge bird).  We also had 18lbs of mashed potatoes. lol

We had a buffet of Italian dishes at my grandmas Christmas eve. Christmas day was turkey and prime rib.

I gave skates, jewellery, electronics and a feather bedtop for my mom.

I got clothes, cologne, leather jacket, necklace/chain thing, guitar effects pedal and a new guitar strap, oh and a nice toque along with some gift cards for the mall.

Tonight, 27th, is my close buddie's bday.  It's quite awesome because 3 guys we graduated with, let to vancouver after highschool and made it fairly big with their band...

So they all came back for xmas and are putting on a wicked show at one of our bars downtown, so it's going to be like a highschool renunion because so many damn people they know, and we know are going.  It's going to be one hell of a party tonight, I'm about to start my pre drinking right now actually.

For the 30th, going out and getting wasted to wach the ppv UFC and then on the 31st, going to a party at a local hall...hundreds of people between 22-26 roughly.

My liver is gonna be sore...  :grin:

Ate A LOT of reindeer :evil:  soooo god I thought I was in heaven; ate smoked reindeer, pickled reindeer, faunia-pickled reindeer(stuff made by the sami-people of northern Sweden)... Oh my god that stuff rules! Then I finished off with a great shroom-trip :discodance: Best X-mas ever!

Went to my parents for nearly a week.
By day 3 I was ready to go insane

I dont have a license, so I was home-bound most of the time unless I could get a ride some where. I watched more TV in those few days, then I have all year.

I flew to Southern California to go to my grandparents' house the day before Christmas. Then flew back the next evening. It was great while I was down there, but it sucked to only be down there for such a short time. Also, on the flight back, I had a crying baby behind me kicking my seat.
