With Jasc Animation Shop you can take the frames out of a AVI.

When the frames are imported into an animated gif maker:

Will they play through like a movie?
How crisp will it be?
Can I chage the size to 80x80?

All a movie consists of is frames.


When you import the frames of a avi, they are the px dimension of whatever AVI you imported.

With Jasc you can resize to whatever px size you want.

What exactly are you trying to do ?

If you link me the movie, I could render you a gif for your avatar (i'm assuming that's what the questions are aimed at).
