Christ man, looks excellent. I saw that salad in another post of yours and though, "Damn, that looks might fresh".
Care to divulge what those items cost?
Thanks for the photos. That duck has inspired me.

Duck, sire, not chicken! The pate + duck were part of a prix fixe menu, the only really expensive meal I treated myself to all vacation. It came with a half a carafe of red wine, and all in all was 22 euros, which really isn't crazy bad for the quality of the food.

That's not bad at all. What else good did you have on your journey?

I feasted on Doner Kebab and other low-budget food most of the time, but the seven days I spent in Provence were chock full of unbelievably good salads and sandwiches. Holland is kind of devoid of good food from my experience, except for the night that I ate at cybrbeast and Annom's apartment and they let me have some of the pasta they made which was great!
In germany I had schnitzel topped with a fried egg and sauteed potatoes with bacon...damn that was good. The Germans know how to do breakfast too.
