I truely want to. Spac is supposed to be such a gorgeous venue but I think I'm gonna have to settle for Bethel and Jones beach instead. You gonna check them out in Bethel?

I went to Asheville (total meltdown) and Raleigh (very good). Phil is playing with a focused intensity I have never heard (and I saw 100 Dead shows, prolly 25 Phil shows); the band is incredibly tight--mondo energy. Y'all will have a raucous time, I am sure. Peace.

Yeah, it doesn't get much better than what Phil's doing right now. God bless the 65-year old hippie jamming for hours at a time. I am glad to hear you enjoyed the show. Fall tour, fall tour!

I was at the Camden & PnC shows.... Incredible!!!
The energy they have going right now is definetly something not to be missed.
I just got done downloading the Camden show off Archive, so I imagine more are to follow.
Peace!!

If you go to the Philzone.com website and read some of the comments there, you would think it was the worst tour ever. I think if you gave someone a tray of gold and diamonds, they would bitch about the glare hurting their eyes. Here's my dream lineup for Phil (among the living): Barraco on keys (he knows all the tunes, plays really well, and has a decent voice), Santana on one guitar, Dickey Betts on the other guitar, Richie Hayward on drums (I love Molo but nobody touches Richie--except maybe Buddy Rich), Paul Rodgers on vocals, and Mr. Lesh. Why not dream?

Yeah, I really dont understand why anyone would bitch about this tour. Some people are just never satisfied.
