Can you give a summary of it, or some detail? Give us some examples of these "useful goodies".

It's packed with so much I couldn't sum it up and do it justice. It is basically a guide to spiritual and physical transformational medicine "alchemically speaking". Its about discovering the healer within and how to better come into self understanding on the holsitic level.

If you have any interest in personal transformation, alchemical healing, holistic healing, shamanism, Huna philosophy, Reiki, and maintaining general good well being or getting yourself to that place, you will get something from this book of good use.

Here's a link to the book from Amazon and you can read the five reviews it has so far from others who read it.

The author made concepts easy for anyone to understand and start working with right away.

I am digging understanding these cycles of Calcination,  Dissolution, Separation, then conjuction. It would be the alchemical version of the stages of loss we go through

Shock/Denial Anger Grief then Acceptance/Healing. She explains them in such a cool way to see what is happening beneath the surface. I'm only on chapter 3 right now and she has my full attention. I can't wait to get ahead to the other cool insights too.

That's a small part of what the whole book covers.

So much is in this book, many good reminders, new ways of looking at something you already knew in a different way so you get more depth and breadth, and or , depending on how well read you are in this area, just new understandings and insights all together that are easy to make sense of and apply on spot.
