How many times have done LSD? Were they different batches? Are you SURE it was REALLY LSD? A lot of times people will pass off 2cb sheets as blotter acid. 2cb pretty much sucks, so MAYBE that's what you had.

GOOD LSD is way WAY better than mushrooms. More than half of Shroomerites agree on that. :heart:

I've done acid and mushrooms both, plenty of times, and they are not very similar at all. I don't know what you're talking about.

Another opinion without an explanation.

I've done both several times myself, likely way more than you have.
There are distinct differences, but all things considered, they are similar experiences.

IN MY HUMBLE OPINION;

Shrooms:

Psychedelics are more 3-dimentional. The trip comes in waves of intensity. There is a likelyhood of gastric distress.
Hearing enhancement is not quite as intense as it is on LSD. The trip is half as long. Spiritually, they can lack some of the
love that you get with LSD.

LSD:

Psychedelics are more varied and less 3-dimentional than shrooms'. They tend to be more "cartoon-like".
The trip slowly peaks, plateus, and falls off gradually with no noticeable waves of intensity.
There is a much stronger feeling of love for all things. No gastric distress on normal doses.

Anyone care to elaborate on their take of the similarities and differences between these two substances?

It takes work to put thoughts into words, people. You guys are being lazy and critical.

Yeah, I'm sure it was LSD.  And I still prefer shrooms.  I've done them more often so more experimentation is necessary with acid but for right now...shrooms get me exactly where my head needs to be.  No matter what "half the Shroomery" has to say about it, I love the shroom experience.  :tongue2:

To each his/her own, but I think you are correct that you need to give LSD some more attention.
I used to prefer shrooms as well, but recently rediscovered LSD after not doing it for 20 years.
I hope I never have to resort to tripping on shrooms ever again. In my opinion, LSD is THAT much better.

I'll see you in a few months. Can't wait for that gathering! :grin: :heart:
