heres my solution for coping with breakups:

Grab some close friends
Get some acoustic guitars, an acoustic bass, some bongos, and other random instruments
if its warm out, go to the beach and start a fire
If not, thenn just go somewhere comfortable, inside.
Roll up some joints and jam the night away.
