Scales?

Ok so I used to have a really nice prof. grade digi one that went to .01 but over the years letting people borrow it and what not its broken and lost. I went looking on ebay and found this nice looking little one i think i paid like $20 and it had like a lifetime guarentee, well after about a month it crapped out and really wasnt worth the effort of trying to get it replaced. Anyways.... can anyone point me in the right direction. Obviously i got what i paid for, so maybe ill need to invest a little more i dunno... what is a good respectable brand?

tanitas are nice, but expensive. I've had a tanita for years, never had any problems.

yeah everyone says go for the tanitas...ive seen many people go through many scales....but these seem to last forever

i got a really nice digital scale off ebay for $30 and it still is working 3 years later
