weird dreaming

i have been having this weird thing happen to me when im trying to sleep. I will fall asleep and immedietly start dreaming( not good dreams either) but in a way im still awake but my eyes are closed and i cant move my body. I have to try really hard and use all my strengthb to move my body like my arms or anything just make my self move in some way, when this is accomplished i wake up. Sometimes this will repeat a few times during the night the dreams are usually not that bad not nightmarish but not good, mostly they are just awkward to be in. But the last one i had was horrible. It was only a flash but it was hell it was blue and it was absolute hell! I was afraid to sleep after that! well anyone got something to say? please ask question because its probably hard to understand

the first one i remember it happening like a few times in the night. The dream was I was in my room for some reason tripping and the cops were after me. It would dream this wake up then go back where i left off when it wud happen again. But its so weird it is so feels so real!
