How can you get a nitrous tank refill?

I should be able to get a nitrous tank from ebay. If I got one though how would I go about getting a refill and who would do it for me?

well 1st off , if your asking you obviously havent looked into it.
im not too sure if i am allowed to say how to get it....i think someone got in trouble before for mentioning.

so on that note, i will edit if need be.

theres basically a local gas shop that refills, you will need a nitrous license (which can be obtained by paperwork and 60.00 online from the state).

the legit gas companies will fill with license involved.
the non legit companies (we have around here) will fill with no license, but require a monthly membership fee.

just check it out, all in all your better off going with a license BUT THEN AGAIN, your DEFIENTLY not.
