Jamba Juice

I am sooooo addicted to getting fruit juices/smoothies these days.  Lately I'm particularly hooked on the Acai smoothie, acai (ah-sah-yee) berries being particularly delicious little south american berry treats.  They taste kind of like chocolate covered blueberries - crazy.

Smoothies are so awesome.  I love them instead of a sugary snack because they have so many good nutrients and they are so filling too.

i made this thing my dad used to make a couple of days ago...
you scrape carrots and then add fresh OJ and abit of lemon (and some sugar) and let it sit for a day...... i can't get enough of that...
i ate like 2 liters of that stuff in the last couple of days!!!

smoothies are really great. but i usually have crazy cravings for them during the summer. not so much in this frigid winter.

Sounds good to me. I think i'll start making fruit smoothies to make up for all the soy consumption in the past year, shiiiiit was that a bad move.
