I don't know where you live, but if you got arab stores there, get to know them. Go in every day for a couple weeks then buy some beer. If they ID you say something like "what the fuck man? I come in here all the time, you know me". Or just buy a lot at once so they don't want to turn your money away. Works around here for the young bucks.

However I prefer the original (coke as a mixer) and it is cheaper. You should have somebody pick you up a bottle sometime.

If you're a fan of rum I've got a fairly cheap drink for you that tastes great. Get a liter bottle of bacardi raspberry and a 2 liter of coke.

If you've got one of these jumbo sized plastic cups that's a plus:

Start off by filling the cup about a quarter - half of the way up with ice, add 4 or 5 shots of bacardi ras, and fill with coke. Dump mixture into blender and blend it up. Nice tasty slushy with a kick. :thumbup:

I'm a fan of rum, but mostly because of it's piratey nature.

One of these days I need to learn what exactly grog is, and how I would go about making it.

Wasnt sure what grog was exactly and did some digging:

Grog is rum and water. It can also be made with sugar and lemon or lime juice if you're pussy.

hrm, I'll stick with the personal stock, then.

If I have to booze up a party, though... I'll buy the normal inexpensive bottle of captain morgan gold, and make a grog of it. Although I'll use sugar in moderation, and a bit of cinammon, in hopes of making a decently palateable beverage.

Although, to be honest, I'd rather just brew up 4 or 5 gallons of Mead and cart them to a party. Mead, done right, is a tasty beverage. And it's certainly fun to get in touch with your inner viking by quaffing a mug of mead.
