how much pot you need to make brownies??....

well i have about 1/4-1/2 worth of bud leav and lil buds ( lil smaller than a marble) dried,i would say more leave than bud. i was just wondering if this would be enough to make up a batch of brownies or if it would be just a waste..

ususlly the same amount properly extracted in oil will get you more fucked up tan smoking it IMHO

just take your weed and heat it in vegitable oil for 30 minutes making sure that it stays below 300 degrees, stir alot. and then you can strain the vegitable oil and just use that in your baking or pour the mix of oil and weed in.

usually i find a obx of brownies and find out how much oil is needed, and use that much in the extraction so i dont have any waste :smile:

I made some goodies for a halloween party. Just a regular box of brownie mix and 1/4 of the good stuff. It made 12 STRONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGG brownies. The servings were small but I could have easily gotten 20 ppl high off that stuff, not 12. The size of the brownies were misleading... Anywho.. the recipe I had said to fry up the greenies in any oil OTHER than olive oil, but I had no problem with it.

1/4 of the good shit will definately be enough for 15+ people for a night.

1/2 oz of regs usually does it.

make either 9 or 12, depending on how high you want to be.

sweet ill have to try it here. ill do like everyones been saying and mix it in w/ the oil and cook the oil then mix the oil/veg mix into the batter.. ill post back and let ya know. ty for the info!! hope its worth my efforts. if not im not realy out anything..

firecrackers:

take two crackers. My favorites are saltines

throw peanutbutter on both of them
put like .5g of weed on one side, and put them together like an sandwich
cook in the over for 15-20 minutes. I think i usualy use 300 degrees for the temp.
take out and eat. It'll get'cha ripped :smile:

true, definatly use regs/commersh for this operation.


So sense in wasting some kind shit on brownies. Anjoy the smoke off that, and leave the dry, nasty, stemmy stuff for the brownies.

DONT take the stems out. Make sure you leave them in, They contribute :smile:

DO take the seeds out. They dont do shit.

so .5 grams of bud will get you fucked up?? i was always under the impreshion it took more than that.. but i gess it makes sence since theres only about .5-1 g. worth in a normal size bowl.. the stuff im grinding up to make for brownies was some pertty damn decent stuff so im hopeing 8 g. will be enough for a batch of brownies.. ill post and let ya know how it goes tomarrow...

Yes, a firecracker with .5-1g will do, its a pretty fool proof method. 20 minutes at ~320 degrees, wrapped in foil.

for anyone who cares, heres the update on the brownies.. i made up the brownies on wen... i was so fucked up by the time i was done mixing everything up just from lil taste tests or lickin some butter off my fingers.. i will definatly never throw out another leaf/stem ever agin!! the shitter was that i forgot that i had a big meeting at work.. that was interesting.. i also enjoyed eating some of the fried leaf/bud mix after i strained the butter out. ty all for the help and input!! canabutter is the way to go now!!
