Modified Corn Cob Pipe

Hey, I'm modifying a corn cob pipe to smoke weed, and I'm wondering what is the best way. I know that it's better to just buy a bowl, but I don't know where to buy one in my shitty hometown. Anyways, I cut it down to make it easier to get the flame and weed into, but there's still a lot of space in there. Would it be harmful to use glue to fill in the space in the "bowl" below the hole?

glue?  are you retarded?  do you really want to be smokeing glue at the end of your bowl, if anything pack it hard with some saw dust then burn it a little to make it stay in there...

Actually, I think I might be semi-retarded. haha I didn't know if hardened glue would be hard enough to not be able to smoke, like elmers glue. thanks for the suggestion.

There was a lot of space at the bottom, and it seemed like weed would get down there and the flame wouldn't be able to get at it.

the flame will be able to get down there, if you hold it as close as you can, and inhale while its lit.

ok. The only thing is, the hole is a little bit above the bottom, and the weed might get below the hole. Will it still work?

By modify, do you mean putting a hole for a carb?  If so, here are two solutions.

1) drill a hold in the bottom of the pipe.  Under the bowl or on the stem.

2) you mentioned the pipe being deep "but there's still a lot of space in there".  Pack the pipe half way and use your thumb over the bowl as a carb.  alternate between open and closed as you toke, really gets a bowl going. :stoned:

you can also get a screen to put on it, which would raise the level at which the pot sat.


Or you can make one out of tinfoil, but dont do it to often, as the fumes coming from it arent healthy at all.
